| Summary | The Hellenic DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 30,000 on the ΛΙΜΕΝΟΣ ΗΡΑΚΛΕΙΟΥ Α.Ε. organization. A data subject who had suffered a car accident on the organization’s premises filed a complaint against the organization with the DPA. The organization operated a video surveillance system which, among other things, also recorded the car accident. In connection with the accident, the data subject requested the organization to grant them access to the recordings. However, the organization did not comply with this request. |
