Summary The Hellenic DPA has fined DO VALUE GREECE LOANS & CREDITS CLAIM MANAGEMENT S.A. in the amount of EUR 20,000. An individual had filed a complaint with the DPA for receiving numerous calls from the company about debts that had already been settled. The data subject had objected to the processing of their data and demanded the calls to be stopped immediately, as well as the deletion of their personal data from the company’s database. During its investigation, the DPA found that the company had unlawfully obstructed the exercise of the data subject’s rights.
