Summary | The Hungarian DPA imposed a fine of EUR 80,700 on a coin dealer. During its investigation, the DPA found that the privacy policy did not contain sufficient information about the data processing regarding data of new or prospective customers. The DPA also found that due to the lack of information, the data subjects could not give their informed consent and the data processing was therefore unlawful. |
