Details:

Summary The Hungarian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 1,300 on a website operator. An individual had filed a complaint with the DPA against the controller due to the fact that the controller had published personal data of them on the website. The data subject sent a request for access to their data to the controller, but never received a response. Furthermore the controller had not properly cooperated with the DPA during the investigation.
