Summary The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 10,000 on Afragola municipality. A former employee of the municipality had filed a complaint with the DPA because the municipality had published his resume with personal data on the municipality’s website, even though the employment relationship had ended. In addition, the former employee had filed a request to object to the disclosure of his personal data. However, the municipality had not responded to the request.
