Summary The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 6,000 on Comune di Bracciano. A former employee had filed a complaint with the DPA due to the fact, that the municipality had published a document, containing personal health data of them, on their website. In the course of its investigation, the DPA found that the municipality had published the data without a valid legal basis and therefore had acted unlawfully.
