Summary | The Polish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 7,200 on a company. The controller had suffered a data breach that resulted in the loss of personal data. During its investigation, the DPA found that the controller had failed to implement adequate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, which facilitated the data breach.
