The data subject had purchased a product from the controller via the platform ‘Amazon’, which was delivered defectively . The data subject then decided to leave a negative review on the controller’s store page due to the defective delivery. Thereupon, the controller published personal data of the data subject, such as his first and last name, address, cell phone number as well as the name of his wife and her cell phone number on the store page of the defendant in the Amazon portal. |
