Summary | The Spanish DPA has fined a private investigator EUR 2,000. An individual who had hired the investigator filed a complaint with the DPA. They stated that the controller had failed to inform them sufficiently about the processing of their personal data conducted as part of the investigation. In addition, the DPA found that the controller had a contact form on its website with no reference to the privacy policy. |
