| Summary | The Spanish DPA (AEPD) has fined a private individual EUR 1,500. The controller had installed a video surveillance camera facing a public thoroughfare and covering parts of the shared patio of an apartment complex. Furthermore, there was no sign in a visible place informing about the presence of the camera (responsible person, purpose, etc.). Finally, the controller had not obtained the consents of the other tenants before putting the camera into operation. |
